Strategic Thinking

We facilitate your planning retreat by asking the tough questions so you can identify the right answers for your future. Using a combination of pre-meeting exercises to engage your planning group's thinking with thought provoking questions at the retreat, we help you "peel the onion" and discover your true mission and highly focused key initiatives.

Action Planning

Starting at the planning retreat and continuing with post meeting staff executive discussions, we create an annual action plan. This results-based management tool details for each key initiative: action steps, timelines, assignment of responsibility, and measurements of success. This document is used throughout the year by staff and the Board of Directors to create a strong sense of accountability for accomplishment.
